Horse cake and cupcakes

I was asked to make a horse themed cake for a girls birthday party recently. I presented a few different options and the one that they chose had little sugarpaste figurines modelled on the two horses that the birthday girl rides with matching cupcakes.

 The cupcakes were vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream and were used as the party favours and packed up in cupcake pods.
